Legal Policies
Please read our terms and conditions carefully.
1. Maintenance & Compensation
- • If server maintenance exceeds 5 hours, users are eligible for **1 extra day** of service.
- • Scheduled maintenance will be announced **30 minutes beforehand**. Users are responsible for taking their own **backups**.
2. Renewal & Discounts
- • Renewals made on or before the due date qualify for **plan-specific discounts**. Discounts do not apply to late renewals.
- • **Grace Period:** We provide a 3-day grace period post-expiry. After 3 days, the server will be **suspended** for 1 week.
- • **Deletion:** Servers not renewed within the 1-week suspension period will be **permanently deleted**.
3. Service Suspension
- • Data is preserved during the 1-week suspension. Renewing during this time restores all data.
- • **Conduct:** Spreading baseless negativity or defamation against Frezio Cloud will result in immediate **VPS/Server suspension**.
- • **Abuse:** Any misuse of VPS resources or TOS violations will lead to permanent suspension.
4. Codes & Staffing
- • **Promo Codes:** Only one discount code can be used per transaction.
- • **Staff Policy:** Staff members do not receive free servers but earn a **commission percentage** for bringing new customers.
5. Reseller & Scam Protection
Frezio Cloud is not responsible for scams or support for services purchased from **unauthorized third-party resellers**. Support is strictly limited to services purchased through our **Official Website** or **Authorized Resellers**. Always verify your reseller before purchase.
